Students flocking to Australia despite visa confusion

International students further flocked into the country in January, despite new federal measures to limit their numbers.
Some 83,000 overseas students arrived in January, which was 23,660 more than in the year-earlier month. However, the number was 8 per cent lower than pre-COVID-19 levels in January 2019.
