Mark Zuckerberg knows how to quiet his critics. Two years ago, Meta’s stalling growth sent its shares down a full quarter as investors lost faith that it could catch TikTok.
A day ago, Zuckerberg was badgered by US senators into apologising to victims of child abuse on Facebook and Instagram. But on Friday, he stunned the market by announcing Meta’s first dividend, and 25 per cent revenue growth.
